In March 2019 LPC hosted a group of international visitors for the IFMA Post Congress Tour. This tour consisted of 28 delegates from all over the world including Romania, Canada, Sweden, the Netherlands, the UK and America.
The group was hosted by Australian member Robert Paterson and completed a tour across South Eastern Australian visiting various operations. LPC Directors Simon, Brett, Justin and their mother Marie Langfield provided a light morning tea and presentation on LPC and its growth from a small family concern to the established business it is today.
A tour was arranged of our facilities and the group were given a unique look at the agricultural aspects of egg production and commercial feed milling. This allowed the group to see the adaption and rapidly changing technologies implemented by the rural sector and its response to market forces and issues faced by the agricultural industry.
