Our new Free Range Manager Mark Davis, has hit the floor running and is proving to be a an excellent addition to the team. Mark has had 28 years of experience in the poultry industry and has an excellent history in staff management.
Finding his feet has been easy with the smooth transition across and support provided by Poultry Enterprise Manager Pol Tarce and the free range team, who have taken Mark into the fold already.
Pol was happy to hand the reins over to Mark. Mark is already building confidence in our team and has already gained their respect with his fair and easy going approach. Mark is a hands on manager and is happy to assist anyone with any tasks, no matter what it may be. Mark is comfortable in sharing his knowledge and is already enhancing the skill set of the staff, as well as improving communications, time management and streamlining the daily routine.
Mark has already improved the cohesion of the team, integrating well with all staff and management.
We look forward to many years with Mark’s ability to mentor staff and strengthen the team spirit, in keeping with the main ideals of the company across the site.
